B. STAGES OF ORDERING COMMERCIAL BUILDING ARCHITECT SERVICES & OTHER BUILDINGS B.1. CONSULTATION STAGE
The client puts information on the design plan including data that is expected to be in the form of land size / dimensions, a list of building and space needs, and additional services desired, or can meet directly at our workplace by making an appointment in advance).
After we got the relative data needed. We send fee submissions according to the level of difficulty, the estimated area of the planned building, the completeness of the drawings, the additional services expected by the Client, what teams are involved. The Fee Submission includes a description of the fee, what is included &nir included, stages and methods of payment, exclusive conventions, etc. B.two. PAYMENT STAGE B.two.1. FIRST STAGE PAYMENT
If the Client agrees with the proposed porto, then the Client then makes a Phase I Payment of 30% according to the total design fee via transfer for the purposes of:Survey and site assessment

The client makes a Phase II Payment of 50% according to the total design cost for the manufacture:Building Model 3D Making
Creation of 3D Exterior RendersB.2.three. PAYMENT OF THE THIRD STAGE
The Client makes a Phase III Payment / Repayment of 20% of the total porto design for the manufacture of:Creating 3D Images Visual Rendering of the Interior of each Room
3D Image Creation Render Final Exterior & Interior for exclusive spot
Working Drawing Creation
Creation of Architectural RAB
The final File Submissions to be given are:two Volumes Print Out A3 Technical Drawings/Working Drawings.
1 Flash Disk uses softcopy based on agreed file.
If all the archives according to the offer have been received by the Client then the Design stage is declared complete & the Client is ready to tender or use the services of a preferred synchronous contractor.
